WE CARE PROJECT

SUPPORT is critical to the overall EMOTIONAL HEALTH of a cancer patient.  Our We Care project provides a 24-hour network of people offering those newly diagnosed with cancer individual and/or group support ranging from a listening ear to companionship at treatments. We teach the 90/10% happenings of life rule which states life is 10% what happens to us and 90% our response to what happens.  Our desire is to support a person mentally, emotionally and spiritually through their battle. D.A.T.A. PROJECT

FINANCIAL RELIEF is vital to the OVERALL STABILITY of a cancer patient. Our Dollars Allocated to Assist (DATA) project offers two functions.  Through DATA, we gather contact and eligibility information of programs that provide various services to cancer patients making us a valuable resource for any cancer patient. As a part of DATA we have resources to help a cancer patient meet their financial obligations when no other organization is available to assist. Payments are made directly to company on behalf of our client. A study by OSU's Comprehensive Cancer Center revealed money-related stress had a stronger link to depression symptoms among breast cancer patients.
